The Story of Steve's

Steve's Soul Food was started in 1986 by former Detroit police officer Steven Radden. He opened as a Deli and quickly expanded into soulfood when the demand increased for his Southern dishes.

Currently, Steve's Soulfood Market© has expanded to include the infamous Mobile Restaurant and ever popular Key Club.

Continuing the legacy, Steve's has remained Family operated since the beginning, initially headed by his mother Sarah Phillips and aunt Esther Cleveland with the endless support of family and friends.
